WARRANTY and RETURNS
Trek II Products warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the original purchase date.
This warranty is void if the unit has been damaged by accident, neglect, abuse, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in workmanship or materials. Trek II Products shall not be liable for any loss of use or for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
During the warranty period, your Trek II product will be either repaired or replaced without charge, at the option of Trek II Products, when returned securely packed with shipping prepaid.
Trek II products has been satisfying Hammond and Leslie owners for decades and we have every confidence that you will happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not, please contact us immediately so that we may try and resolve your issue.
If you still wish to return your Trek II product you may do so within 14 calendar days of the original delivery date under the following conditions:
New, unopened standard items purchased from Trek II Products may be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges.
Opened, but uninstalled standard items purchased from Trek II Products, in like-new condition (no scratches, no wear marks, with all hardware and documentation, in original packing) may be returned for a refund less a restocking fee of $25.00 or 15% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
Installed products as well as custom built, custom modified or special ordered products are not returnable unless defective.
Before returning any item you must obtain an RMA number. After you receive your RMA, ship your product via an insured trackable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail to the address provided with the RMA. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will be inspected. Once we are satisfied that it complies with the above conditions, a refund less any applicable restocking charges will be promptly issued via the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny any return made without first obtaining an RMA or in cases of missing parts, visible wear, damage or abuse.
