SBC-1B STRING BASS ALTERNATE CONTROL OPTION
Optional control module for the SB-2500B String Bass unit
Details
The SBC-1B provides an alternate mounting location for the SB-2500B pluck and sustain controls.
The String Bass unit is normally provided with a pluck and sustain control assembly that mounts under the keyboards. Adding the SBC-1B allows these controls to instead be mounted in place of one of the left end blocks in a standard tonewheel console. Additionally the SBC-1B provides a convenient place to install OPTIONAL 8' and 16' level controls for the EXTERNAL OUTPUT provision of the SB-2500B.
NOTES:
The SBC-1B functions ONLY with the SB-2500B.
The external output provision of the SB-2500B provides an additional source of the 8' and 16' String Bass signals which may be sent to an external bass amp. However, keep in mind that since this external output signal does not go through the organ's normal amplification system, it will NOT be affected by the organ's expression pedal.
